In Bodrum, the smallest streets have a way of leading somewhere unforgettable.

We were walking through the winding little paths toward the sea when we found it — homemade frozen kefir, made by an old woman in a tiny hidden spot. It was tangy, creamy, cold, alive. Bright on the tongue, refreshing in the heat, and unlike anything we had tasted before.

Then came the second surprise: it wasn't just delicious. It was cultured, fermented, and full of feel-good benefits.

That discovery became the beginning of Patika Bodrum — a frozen yogurt and kefir bar inspired by hidden streets, the blue sea, and the feeling of finding something beautiful by accident.

And because Bodrum is also slow mornings, strong coffee, and warm afternoons, we brought in Turkish coffee too — reimagined cold through nitro: bold, aromatic, velvety, and made for modern rituals.
